Walked miles today and just wanted a drink and warm up. Fell on the rose cafe. Great prices and the guy was so accommodating. The food looked amazing especially the cakes. Atmosphere was chilled and the cafe was unique and warm with lovely deco. Definitely going back during our stay to sample the good.

Scotland knows how to do breakfast! My God it was delicious and nutritious, I tried the haggis for the first time and it was interesting. All I could say is that it’s something completely different to anything I’ve had before, and it’s a must try. Personally, I didn’t love them, but wouldn’t mind eating haggis again.The ambience in this place was amazing, so cozy and the service was great!

Nice quiet place to eat some late breakfast / early lunch. Friendly service & a lot of options to choose from. We ordered an all day breakfast, french toast with bacon & a baked potato with beans and cheese for our family. All were tasty. French toast was very filling. Overall good experience :)

Lovely cafe in the quieter area of Rose Street. The menu is extensive and the prices are good. Portions are large and food is fresh and tasty. The coffee is exceptional and if you have nothing else suggest you order one. Staff are friendly and welcoming. This will become a regular place for us.

Really nice cafe, small but that gives it a cosy vibe. Came here for brunch and the food was really lovely, and the smoothie I had was delicious! Definitely recommend for breakfast/brunch!

This was a lovely find. We had breakfast which was delicious especially the Haggis. The staff were very helpful and the prices were very reasonable for a City. Would certainly recommend a visit

Great food! Lovely place! we went in for brunch and I had one of the best avocado and Poached eggs on toast I've ever had. My partner had the Scottish breakfast and I tried haggis which was delicious and im sure my orange juice was freshly squeezed. We will definitely visit again during our stay :) Thank you
